Chapter 508 Trafalgar Law

Chapter 508 Trafalgar Law

"Who's that?" Ace asked, looking at the centaur standing on the shore shouting at them.

"His lower body is a horse!?" Luffy exclaimed in shock as he looked at the centaur with the big beard.

"Does such a rare animal really exist?!" Zoro quipped.

"Centaur, will you be my partner?" Luffy shouted towards the shore they had just left.

"They're inviting rare beasts to join them again," Usopp couldn't help but mutter.

"It looks like the enemy." Robin noticed the person behind him blowing a horn. "He's alerting his comrades."

"Why doesn't that guy want to?" Luffy said dejectedly. "Centaur looks interesting."

"Should we take care of him?" Ace also noticed the half-beast on the shore notifying its companions.

"Boss, the invaders have crossed the river, please take them out!"

"It's no use trying to solve it now!" Usopp quickly realized, rapidly waving his fan. "Quick, wave it! Let's get to the other side of the lake!"

"Something seems to have appeared on the other side," Robin said calmly, looking at the tall shadow emerging from the thick snow.

"Damn, we're still a ways off." Usopp muttered, looking at the figures on the shore. "Is that giant guy the boss?"

"Tsk." Ace stood up impatiently. "Why are there so many guys blocking the way!"

……

Inside the institute

"Sanji, what are you kicking around for?" Franky woke up from his sleep, annoyed, then looked around in confusion. "Where am I?"

"You're awake." Sanji frowned as he looked at the steel gate in front of him. What was this iron gate made of? He had kicked it so many times and it hadn't done anything to hurt it.

"You could tell at a glance, right?" Nami sat on the ground, hugging her legs, and complained with a melancholy expression. She never thought that one day they would be captured on their own ship.

"We've been locked up, Franky!" Chopper exclaimed in panic.

"How did we get here?" Franky sat up in confusion, looking around. Judging from the sheen of the walls, the walls of this room must have been made of very thick metal. "I remember I was having a snack on the deck."

“I suspect someone sprayed sleeping gas onto the ship.” Nami sighed, resting her chin on her knees, and said dejectedly, “I don’t know if Luffy and the others have found Lucci yet. Now we’re stuck here, not even knowing where we are.”

"If I had noticed sooner... how embarrassing." Sanji was a little annoyed. He had stayed behind to protect the crew, but he did nothing while he was drugged and didn't even notice anything was wrong.

“But Brook isn’t here.” Franky noticed the absence of that familiar skeletal figure.

"We're not going to run into human traffickers, are we?!" Chopper cried out, tears streaming down his face.

Do you all enjoy picture riddles?

"In foreign languages, it means puzzle!"

"Huh? Is someone talking?" Nami asked, puzzled.

"It might be this!" Chopper stared in surprise at the pile of ears and mouth-like things on the ground, then was startled by a mouth that suddenly spoke. "What is this thing!?"

"These are my faces. Could you please help me piece them together?"

After everyone was surprised, Nami and Chopper decided to let Sanji and Franky assemble it. After various attempts, they finally managed to piece together the various parts of the talking head that were scattered on the ground. In the process, they also learned that the head was the samurai from Wano Country that Luffy had heard about in the Den Den Mushi.

However, when he showed Nami a lecherous look, everyone except Sanji instantly realized that this guy was the same kind of person as Sanji. Sanji then gave the samurai a lesson without any mercy when he offended Nami. Afterwards, they also learned from the samurai what kind of place they were.

"Ice and Fire Island, which means Luffy and his crew landed on the burning side of the island, while we were taken to the frozen side," Nami said thoughtfully.

"Get out of here!" Franky shouted at the steel gate in front of him, preparing to fire a beam of light. "Franky... Ion Beam!"

With a loud bang, the door was successfully destroyed. Franky walked over and casually tossed the charred door aside. "The door's open. Let's go!"

After learning that the samurai with the human head had only come to the island to rescue his son, Sanji decided to take him with him when he left, even though he hated the guy's words. After all, he was the one who assembled the guy, so he might as well see it through.

……

Luo looked at the unconscious man lying on the bed, twitched the corners of his mouth, and laughed self-deprecatingly, "I really don't know why I saved you, especially in this situation."

Noticing someone had barged in, Luo frowned, picked up the Ghost Crying Book he had leaned against the wall during surgery, stood up, and turned to leave the room expressionlessly.

"Hehehe, Law, I heard you saved someone extraordinary." Caesar grinned as he looked at Law as he came out of the room.

"Monkey D. Lucci, son of Dragon, leader of the Revolutionary Army, vice-captain of the Whitebeard Second Division, killed Warden Magellan two years ago with a bounty of 9 million Berries." Monet sat on the sofa in the living room, looking at the book on his lap, and casually pushed his glasses up with his wing.

"You're really serious, Monet." Caesar chuckled, but then turned to look at the expressionless Luo. "How could we not inform the owner of this island of such an important guest's arrival?"

Luo glanced coldly at Monet, then turned his gaze to the smug Caesar. "What do you want?"

"Hehehe, don't be so cold." Caesar chuckled. "I just came to ask you for a gift."

“He is my patient,” Luo said expressionlessly, holding his long sword.

“You can continue his treatment, I only want his heart, hehehe.” Caesar grinned. “Or are you unwilling?”

"I'll get it for you if you want it." Luo turned around expressionlessly and went back into the room, frowning as he looked at Caesar who had followed him. "This is my room."

"Hehehe, don't mind him, I just want to see what the pirate who trespassed on my island looks like." Caesar let out a piercing laugh. "After all, he will become one of my prized subordinates, just like you."

"Whatever, and I'm not your subordinate." Luo frowned, looking indifferently at the man on the hospital bed, and stretched out his hand, "ROOM - Scalpel."

"What a nice gift, hehehe!" Caesar grinned as he looked at the heart in his hand. "Let me see just how capable a pirate with a 9 million bounty really is." After saying that, Caesar glanced at Law, saw the indifference on his face, and curled his lips, which were adorned with purple lipstick, to reveal his snow-white teeth, and smiled slyly.

Luo watched expressionlessly as Caesar clutched his heart. The effect was obvious: the man on the bed groaned in pain and quickly fell off the bed in a disheveled state. Throughout all of this, Luo simply stood by and watched indifferently, as if he didn't care about anything.
