"What are you talking about?" Luffy looked at Monet, who was speaking, with a puzzled expression.
"You mean him? Indeed, this guy deserves a lesson. The Joker won't let anyone who harms the family get away with it." Vergo picked up the other heart and admired it. "I'm actually quite impatient."
"Luffy, she means Lucci's heart is in their hands." Robin's sharp gaze was fixed on the two hearts in Vergo's hands, which looked like they had been completely removed. "What did you do?"

“But Lucci is fine.” Luffy said with a frown. He was sure that Lucci was alright; his aura didn’t seem to indicate that he was injured.
“Law’s Devil Fruit ability allows someone whose heart has been taken to continue living, but it’s not certain if the heart is damaged. Caesar used this to threaten him, didn’t he?” Smoker said, frowning, thinking of his own heart being taken by Law. “Then who has my heart?”
Luffy's face was grim, his jaw clenched. He knew Lucci was hiding something from them, but he hadn't expected it to be like this. Why hadn't Lucci told him?
“Luffy, Law said that the reason why neither he nor Lucci could attack Caesar is probably because of this.” Robin looked at Luffy, who was deep in thought, and said in a soft but weighty voice, “Lucci probably didn’t want you to worry. He probably wants to take it back himself.”
"Hmm." Luffy stared intently at Monet and Vergo on the other side of the net, gritting his teeth as he looked at the heart in Vergo's hand. "I'm going to beat Caesar to a pulp!"

"Stop!" Luffy watched Vergo leave, instantly understanding what he was going to do, and angrily slammed into the iron cage bars. "Damn it!!"
Robin and Franky watched Vergo's departing figure with worry; they both understood what had happened.
Suddenly, a piercing alarm sounded throughout the entire research institute.
"Right now, Trafalgar Law and his men have stormed the SAD manufacturing facility!!"
"Don't worry, you'll see them soon." Monet smiled as she looked at Luffy in the cage. "Vergo will bring them to reunite with you."
"Shut up! Lucci will definitely defeat that bastard!!" Luffy shouted angrily, struggling to break free of the seastone chains binding him, but he quickly ran out of strength. "Damn seastone..."
"Has Law gone mad? If you get involved with him, you'll be in big trouble too!!" Caesar stormed into the room angrily after hearing the broadcast, and burst into smug laughter as he looked at the Straw Hat crew in the cage. "Hehehe, Straw Hat, all your friends will die, especially that fire-wielding guy!!"
"Master, what's wrong with your body?" Monet asked, looking at the burn marks on Caesar's body with a puzzled expression.

"Clown, Doflamingo!" Law gritted his teeth, looking at the voice coming from Vergo's arms.
“Oh, I don’t know him.” Lucci’s lips curled into a clear sneer. “Sorry, I never care about the names of insignificant people. Please don’t block my way. We’re doing something important right now.”
"Fufufufu! Your heart is in my hands." Doflamingo laughed contemptuously, his voice full of confidence. "I believe you will make the right choice."
Lucci narrowed his eyes, staring at the Den Den Mushi that Vergo had taken out, his killing intent palpable. "Doflamingo, is it? You just wait for me there."
